User :   im 43 i got my period on aug4th and again aug 17th its still heavy i always have regular eriod

Doctor :   is there any other symptoms associated like breast soreness, nausea, increased tiredness and hunger?
User :   i had breast soreness before my period came

User :   yes im married 21 years

User :   no my husband had a vasectomy 4 years ago
User :   i went away for two wees alot of hiking
Doctor :   ok. the bleeding that you describe suggest possibility of two things
User :   i exercise alot
Doctor :   1) probable pregnancy with miscarriage
Doctor :   2) possible perimenopause with bleeding pattern change.

Doctor :   possibility of pregnancy is there due to recanalization of vasectomy as 4 years ago it was done

Doctor :   what you need now would be an examination along with blood tests to see hormonal levels and an ultrasound scan to find out what is going on
Doctor :   it will show if the bleeding is due to perimenopausal changes
Doctor :   or if the bleeding is due to retained products of conception
User :   can the male tubes grow back
User :   is 43 early for this change
Doctor :   i will explain: vasectomy has chances of recanalization allowing semen (with sperms) to pass through

Doctor :   no , age of 43 is possible for perimenopausal changes. some women start having these changes as early as 35 years of age
User :   what can be done to stop the bleeding
User :   should i not exercise or can i still

Doctor :   to help you stop nbleeding either by giving hormonal supplements if due to perimenopause
