User :   I have had a headache everyday since I started an office job. Medicine helps, but tha next day after a few hours at work, it comes back. What could cause this? I tried not to take anything because I feel I have been overloading on aspirin, but if I don't take it, it hurts. What could be causing this?

Doctor :   It can be number of causes for this starting with migraine, to cluster headaches and tension headaches

User :   The headaches always start in the back of my neck and move up
