User :   yes.. I have giddiness
User :   while walking , lot of imbalance is felt
User :   due to which i move towards right side

User :   the giddiness occurs due to the following postures as well
User :   1. once woken up in the morning
User :   2. getting up from sofa after some time
User :   3. bend down and try to straighten the head then giddiness occur
User :   4. while walking - the body moves to the right.
User :   currently these are the scenarios where giddiness occurs.
User :   also, i have spondilitus and a border line diabetic

User :   sugar levels are in control..have taken the 3 month report i hereby provide the sugar report

User :   the level Mean Blood Glucose shows 181

User :   Vertim 24 mg - morning & evening
User :   for the past 3 months.. the tablet is consumed.

User :   it was OK.. but now for the past one week, the giddiness is not in control

User :   i have consulted the ENT - the doctor has tested the ears and he had confirmed that everything seems to be fine.

Doctor :   so a detailed examination and investigations should be considered.

Doctor :   first of all ENT specialist, if ENT cause is ruled out, then Orthopedic surgeon to see if spondilitis in getting uncontrolled and giving you the symptoms.
