User :   i have dull pulsating pain in my lower abdomen, started yesterday morning when i woke up- also the night prior i was up like every hour having to use the bathroom- urine was always crystal clear

User :   no, havent really eaten anything since i started hurting

User :   it goes across whole front of abdomin shifts up a little when i walk

User :   no vomiting, no pain when urinating, decreased the amount of water i was drinking since yesterday
