I had surgery in March 2010 for a varicocelle(left side) .. since then my scrotum has shrunk up tight and feels cool to cold at times. My Urologist can"t give me an answer why, can you help?

Doctor :   You can go for Ultra sound of Scrotum or venogram of scrotum if you have any swelling or pain
Doctor :   regarding coldness , it might be due to decreases venous pooling there
Doctor :   usually scrotal sacs are very cold places
Doctor :   That is why they are out sidce the aBDOMEN
