User :   and i smoke
User :   all the wrong thhings
Doctor :   why dont you stop them
User :   i tried
Doctor :   ok
User :   so u think this bladder infection causing all this
Doctor :   the presence of bacteria in urine is indicative of urinary tract infection
User :   but only now i have the pain
Doctor :   and the infection can produce all the symptoms you have described
User :   and the blood
User :   okay
User :   would bladder cancer cause the pain
User :   if so i would expect gross hematuria
Doctor :   pain and blood will be there even in bladder stone
User :   i have only 3 red blood but i know u not supposed to have bleeding
User :   would a lot of bacteria have to cause these symtpoms
Doctor :   need not be
User :   ihad chest x ray thats clear
Doctor :   small amount of bacteria also can cause this
User :   blood work is good
Doctor :   ok
User :   i just did not know if bacteria could cause all this
User :   is it related to the prostate
User :   i read where bladder infection cause infection in women with blood..........but not so much in men
Doctor :   ok
User :   if have cancer it would be in early stages i assum and treatable
User :   i have burning urination like i said for over a year.............
Doctor :   stop assuming yourself first
User :   but no blood until yestersday
Doctor :   this is medicine not mathematics
User :   yes i know doctor
User :   but i went through so much 4 years ago
User :   with kidney removed
Doctor :   ok
User :   it was a harrowing experience
Doctor :   this you have told me
User :   no sure i could go through it again
User :   u can understand my worries
User :   i try to have a few beers and forget about it
User :   just always in back of my mind
Doctor :   for that you need to visit the doctor and get it confirmed that you are not suffering from the same
Doctor :   assuming things and getting scared is not the answer
User :   so if i have the pain in bladder it s a sign i think of infection right
User :   usually cancer not cause pain
Doctor :   the presence of the bacteria and blood is indicative of urinary tract infection
User :   okay i live in philippines part time
User :   maybe i picked up something there
User :   been there off and on for over a year and a half
User :   my wife from there
Doctor :   ok
User :   okay
User :   so i can relax i guess
Doctor :   yes you can
User :   and just assume its bacterial infection
Doctor :   when was your urine test done which said presence of bacteria ?
User :   yesterday
User :   with the red blood cellsl
Doctor :   what further tests have been advised
User :   none because i had urine done last month with blood work and nothing showed
User :   up

Doctor :   or else it will give rise to multiple complications
User :   but it keeps coming back
Doctor :   why is it coming back again and again ??
User :   i dont know
User :   burinng urination off and on for over a year
Doctor :   that needs to be investigated and cause find out
Doctor :   ok
User :   okay so hopefully not related to cancer
User :   you think
User :   i have a slight painful ejaculation also
User :   jsut a twinge
User :   slight discomfort
User :   on my left side
Doctor :   you need a diagnostic work up for the recurrent urinary tract infection
User :   right side
User :   okay
Doctor :   and after that only the specific cause can be adressed
User :   okay
Doctor :   you stop self assessment and assuming things
User :   so u think again its all urinary tract related
Doctor :   need not be afraid
User :   okay
User :   okay
User :   thank you
User :   i jsut go into panic attacks
User :   on this health stuff
