For someone who suffers from Adernal Fatigue, is it normal for their heartrate during activities to be somewhat high? I know I have no heart issues....(recently had and Echo, Nuclear Stress Test, Heart AAAAAAA ..all are good)
Is it adenaline being added to the system earlier than usual because of the Adrenal weakness?
Thank you,
