leg is shorter than the other. I haven't had surgery(yet!). I have a
problem of metabolism and heart rate. In last time, I have a hard
heart rate even if i wash dishes...
What are good cardio exercises for women with hip dysplasia?
Walking, cycling or anything else?
User :   The reasons of my metabolism and
cardio problems are low physical activity and an unhealthy food. A
half year ago I have changed my nutrition and it helps me feel better
but low physical activity is the problem.

stationary bike? Can i use bicycle or stationary bicycle in my case?
