User :   May I request you to kindly answer about my mother,,who is diagnosed with primary carcinoma of the pancreas and metastasis disseminated to lung and mediastinaland axillary lymph node should we start chemotherapy ? Is it worth? As it is she is alright inhere health with. Out any loss. Of weight and appetite.

User :   Her age is 78 and wight is 130 lbs and she is healthy mow
Doctor :   Since she is healthy, and if she can tolerate chemo, she can be given chemotherapy alone
User :   My queer is should she under go chemotherapy or leave her alone since chemomhas it's own reaction
