since she was facing cold and cough more than a week
so i did her cbc and diabetic test

repeat the test after 6 months
nothing else to be done now
she needs further testing
any precaution fr diabetic
she has high eosinophils which is caused mainly in allergies
is she overweight?
no she is not
she needs to exercise daily and eat healthy
sh is 4.10
she can take chapathis
more vegetables and fruits
brisk walk for 40 mins daily
shall I proceed with CBC report?
is there iron deficiency?
there is no iron deficiency as such
However, in the slide study there is little less colour and less size of the red blood cells
This can be due to iron deficiency or thalessemia
is she thalessemic?
please go ahead with these two tests
it is possible that she is thalassemic
it depends on the symptoms
minor condition is symptomless
major one can present with Fatigue
Shortness of breath
she become a lil pale in this week
wat shall be done for esnophill
shall she undergo hetragen course for some days
the cause for high oesophil needs to be found out
she can take that
for how many days she shud continue?
the treating doctor only can decide that
anything else you want to advice?
i'll by the time do the other two test and let u know
get her evaluated for the cause of high eosinophils and then get her treated
just blind treatment will not work
