Doctor:Hi
User:Hi Dr
User:I am XXXXXXX
Doctor:Hi XXXXXXX
User:currently, i am suffering from chicken fox
Doctor:How can I help?
Doctor:ok
User:and i have a planned nose endoscopy on 1st april.
User:can i procede with the surgery?
Doctor:I need to know when your symptoms started
User:13th march
Doctor:Though the rash would have disappeared by then
User:yes
Doctor:I think it is worthwhile to wait for atleast 10 days after the blisters have crusted
Doctor:How many blisters do you have at present?
User:problem is, i have already booked flight tickets and to reschedule it will be very costly for me
User:In count, around 60
User:on full body
Doctor:They are lot
Doctor:When did the last blister appear?
User:i think, yesterday
User:now they are drying and color is changing to black
Doctor:You are on the edge
Doctor:The reason is that the nasal mucosa will be friable
Doctor:due to inflammation
Doctor:You do not want to bleed during the procedure
Doctor:Though the healing would be almost complete by then
Doctor:and your health almost restored
Doctor:Thus I would say that you would be on the edge
User:so, what will you recommend?
Doctor:If it just endoscopy but no biopsy or cutting the tissues then you can go
Doctor:If there would be biopsy and cutting then I would suggest that you postpone
User:yup endoscopy only
User:no cuts
User:ok thanks
Doctor:Then I think you can go
Doctor:Hi again
Doctor:I think the chat got disconnected
Doctor:Do you have any questions now?
User:yes
User:will these blistors will leave any scars?
Doctor:Most of them will heal
Doctor:without scars
Doctor:It may scar if the blisters are big or get infected and produce pus
Doctor:Do not pick on them
Doctor:Let them heal by themselves
User:ok Thanks Dr
