User:Hi this XXXXXXX
User:i have somal qus
Doctor:Yes, XXXXXXX .. Proceed with your question.
User:i need to increase my height 2 to 4 inch
User:please help me on this
Doctor:I see you are 26 years of age.
Doctor:Growth in terms of height ceases as you cross puberty.
Doctor:The maximum age until when one can grow is about 18-20 years
Doctor:beyond 20 years, there is hardly any increase what ever measure one applies.
User:there is no chance to grow
Doctor:Scientifically, I give you two options.
User:there is no chance
Doctor:1. Start exercises. The more fitter you appear with lean fat mass, you look relatively taller.
Doctor:I mean, you appear taller even though there is no real height increase.
Doctor:2. The second scientific method to increase height is by a surgical technique.
Doctor:Unfortunately the procedure is done by inducing a fracture of leg bones
Doctor:and making it unite at fairly long distance.
Doctor:The extra bone growth that occurs between two fractured ends will cause some inches difference in the height.
Doctor:These are the two only two options available.
User:Thanks :-)
Doctor:Any other products or measures that claim to increase height, has no scientific backing.
Doctor:Do you have any other questions?
User:no thanks
Doctor:Thanks for visiting me here. Bye for now.
