a. depends if it is full term or premature

in full term pregnacy ususally 90% of ladies go for normal delivery

in case of premature it might need a cesarean section if baby's condition is deteriorating at time of birth

2. condition of mother: Doctor :  
a.if the mother is small stature, usually there is contraction of plevis, so normal delivery is risky

cesarean section is preferred

b. if mother is having any heart disease, then normal delivery is not opted for cos it will put load on heart, cesarean is opted
