User :   After classic symptoms of feet swelling, congestion, High B Pres., I was just diagnosed with mild left CHF driven by hypertenison. Now on blood preessure meds and water pill. Recently experienced significant pain level 8 lower left rib pain moving to the back and when breathing at peak. Now mild. I have read it is common mistaken for a heart issue. I am not anxious to go to an ER on this. I can exercise etc. Opinion?
