User :   i think i have a urinary tract infection, have burning sensation while passing urine
Doctor :   Do you smoke or chew tobacco/drink alcohol/Any illicit drugs/ betel nut chewing? If yes how much/how often and how long you have?
User :   this is happenning last 3 weeks or so....very slight pain...not enough to make me uncomfortable
