User :   yet no irritation, no redness, no swelling, no discharge etc
Doctor :   When was it ?
User :   this was 2-3 days ago - Monday I believe during day
User :   I can't quite tell how much is psychological and how much is real
Doctor :   I can understand your concern
User :   if I think about work or something else, I don't really notice it - but seems I keep fixating on it
User :   wondering what - STD - i may have if any - and if they would create a burning sensation so quickly
Doctor :   Ok so like you said there have been no other symptoms ?"
User :   none
Doctor :   How long did the burning sensation lasted ?
User :   I did wash right after with liquid hand soap and a splash of hydrogen peroxide - but I don't think that is what has irritated me
User :   it is intermittent
User :   I can feel it now - just slight
User :   does not burn any more when I pee
User :   just sort of steady
User :   I have looked closely at head/urethra and no extra redness
User :   things look normal
Doctor :   Ok chances of having a STD via oral sex are extremely low and yes you are right the symptoms will not show right away
User :   i have read that they take 2-3 days for chlamidya
Doctor :   Its more look like a that could be a irritant that can have cause this problem
User :   maybe it was the soap + hydrogen peroxide
User :   I splashed them together in my hand and then washed up fast in a rest room and then went home and showered
Doctor :   Yes the skin of perpuce is extremely sensitive
Doctor :   and even a harh rubbing can cause it
User :   so you think I should give it more time?
Doctor :   And please never put hydrogen peroxide on your penis
User :   ok
Doctor :   Yes you just leave it alone for 3 - 4 days
User :   if STD then I would see something?
Doctor :   and wear lose fitting underwear
Doctor :   Yes, but the best way to diagnose STD is only via lab tests and it will take minimum 2-3 weeks to show up
User :   ok, and if the burning goes away you think it was just an irrantant?
Doctor :   Yes the possibility is high on that part
Doctor :   it being a irritant
Doctor :   Be careful next time and only use water and soap to clean
User :   ok thanks doctor
User :   appreciate the advice
Doctor :   Your welcome
Doctor :   your feedback is highly appreciated too
Doctor :   bye
