Doctor :
The cause for her burning sensation is probably infection only.

the infection when it is severe produces fever and abnormal urine reports.

The reason why the urine reports were normal may be because the infection might have reduced when you had tested it for.
Doctor :
have you followed?
User :   yes
User :   plz cont
Doctor :
The commonest cause for urine infection to occur
Doctor :
is sexual intercourse.
User :   we gone thru reports 3-4 times
User :   but always normal
Doctor :   I understand what you say.
User :   k
Doctor :
The urine infection gets reduced after a few days by body's own mechanism
Doctor :
Only when if the infection is severe then the infection would persist and cause abnormal reports.
User :   ok
Doctor :
Have you followed?
Doctor :   Since the cause for the infection to occur is through sexual intercourse, i would suggest you to restrict sexual activity for a few days.
User :   we already taken the action
Doctor :
I would suggest you few other measures too.
User :   what shold we do now
Doctor :
Ask her take plenty of water now.
Doctor :
she has to consume as much as 2 litres in the next few days.
Doctor :
If the severity of the sensation increases or if the burning sensation persists then you may have to see a doctor.
User :   he is consuming 8 to 10 glass a day (3 ltr)
Doctor :   She has to continue those.
User :   she*
Doctor :
Other option is the use of antibiotics to help treat the condition.
Doctor :
but these can be available only after she has a physical examination done by a doctor.
User :   do u suggest any particular dr in surat?
Doctor :
So if the symptoms are severe now. She may have to see a doctor.
Doctor :
She can see a general Practitioner near your place.
Doctor :
Not needed to see a specialist.
Doctor :
Also note that persistent urine infection may lead to kidney stones.
User :   is it?

So she has to continue with the water intake even if these symptoms disappear.

Use condoms during sexual intercourse if you are not planning for child.
