User :   ive been diagnosed with a cervical strain about 2 and a half months ago been to 3 different doctors who all say pretty much the same thing, soft tissue injury to upper back and neck. have had whole back xrayed. blood work and have been getting burning sensation in my forehead which scares me, should I be concerned what are possible causes.
Doctor :   if it is cervical soft tissue injury,then it will take time to cure..provided u should take proper rest .

dont expect that to be reduced immediately after taking some medication
Doctor :   u may have to use hard cervical collar to give rest to ur neck

User :   the burning sensation in my forehead is my biggest concern, the thought of an aneurism is what scares me.

User :   a friend mentioned it and it freaked my out, because of the burning sensation in my forehead. i've never felt anything quite like it.
User :   i mentioned it to the drs and they do not feel that is what i have.

User :   is the burning forehead a symtom?

no u will get severe headache

but let me tell u headache is the most common symptom....but only 1 in 0000 headache may turn out to be aneurysm
User :   what are the causes of a burning sensation on the forehead or above the eyebrows?

itmight be due to allergic reaction,sinusitis

User :   a couple times i thought i did.

User :   no, just had blood work done, they said it came back normal

User :   don't know, didn't ever have any blood work done till i got hurt

User :   i was moving scaffolding about 2 and a half months ago twisted funny felt weird muscle spasms and headaches started after

u need to see a psychiatrist if u are having anxiety spells

may be even that is one the reason for ur forehead burning sensation also
User :   sometimes i will get like shooting pains up into my forehead is this something i should be concerned about or do u feel it is from the injury

User :   my biggest concern was the aneurism thing have told all doctors that just cant seem to get over it last doctor said he would do a ct scan but everyone felt it wasnt necessary i just need to be reassured

User :   yes i just get freaked out because i dont know what to do been to doctors who dont think that is necessary but it just scares me iam 32 years old
