Doctor :
the burning sensation in the ear canal is experienced by other people who suffer from GERD
User :   I also hear some crushing sound in both my ears
User :   Really
Doctor :
so the is symptom could be in relation with the GRD itself
User :   You mean is it related to GERD
Doctor :
*GERD
User :   but acidity is in stomach how could it effect ear
User :   I am really surpried
Doctor :
i will explain
User :   surprised
User :   please
Doctor :
the acid reflux that happens when it does come upto the throat, it sometimes enters the Eustachian tube and causes similar burning sensation in ears like it does in chest
Doctor :
by irritating the mucosa
User :   ok
Doctor :
have you followed what i have said?
User :   yes somewhat
User :   You siad acid flows upward and enters ear canal
Doctor :
so once your GERD is under control, you will be fine. the exacerbations during your anxiety attacks could also be explained
User :   through some connection
Doctor :   as during these atacks the stomach acid production is increased
Doctor :
causing increased reflux
User :   but than why do I get this burning sensation when I am in heated room I mean room with a heater on
Doctor :
and resultant burning
Doctor :
any stress on the body or n=mind is known to cause increased acid production. the heat is percieved as stress by your body, hence it might occur
Doctor :
*mind

that could be linked to the anxiety itself
User :   whenever I move my jaw in certain position Ihear some crushing sound in my ear
User :   Like some wax or something is getting crushed
Doctor :
ok
User :   when i blow air from my noise sometime i get relief
Doctor :
that is normal to hear when wax is present in ear and when moving the jaw causes change in pressure inside the ear canal
User :   Like pinching my nose and forcing air out from nose
User :   ok
Doctor :
yes, the maneuver that you do is correct. In medical terms its called as 'valsalva's maneuver and it si advised to do it when facing such problems
