exercises
User :   ok so what should I do when the pain comes to relax myself?
Doctor :
Take the help of breathing exercises
Doctor :
Try to inhale the air sitting in a calm room
Doctor :
see that the stomach goes in while breathing the air
Doctor :   and out while exhaling
Doctor :
Do it as slowly and as deeply as possible
User :   okay I will deffintly try. IS it usually benign chest pain in young adults?
Doctor :
yes
Doctor :
that too in anxious persons
User :   Its just so annoying
Doctor :
Try these every day
Doctor :
even though you do not have any symptoms
Doctor :
Make it a practice to do these atleast twice in a day once in the morning after getting from bed
Doctor :
and the other in the evening
User :   ok so do the breathing exercises
Doctor :
exactly
Doctor :
Just try it now while chatting
User :   it is deffintly helping a little
User :   it just feels very sore
Doctor :
During pain if you do it then you may not do it properly as it is sore
Doctor :
So that is the reason why you should do it when it does not pain
Doctor :
So regular practicing will help
Doctor :
Make yourself comfortable in a lone room. Sit on the floor
Doctor :
Keep your back straight
