Doctor :
the most common causes of these rashes in adults can be due to many infectious causes like
User :   The sexual encounter was protected, and i'm positive that i didn't touch them/did not have any body contact with them.
Doctor :   virus infections like enterovirus, EBV, CMV, Toxoplasma, HIV, Measles, rubella, Hepatitis B,Human herpes virus 6, Parvovirus B19

User :   The only part which was not protected was the oral sex...and this is what concerned me
Doctor :   which can spread with exchane of body fluids including saliva (for few of them)
User :   Ok, so that pretty much means to schedule a visit at the doc's office
Doctor :   yes, it does, since the oral sex was not protected
Doctor :
and there is potential chance that you might have got infected
Doctor :
there are a lot of infectious causes for rashes in adults

that come with fever
Doctor :
WWW.WWWW.WW Doctor :
you can find the list of various viral, bacterial cuases in this link
User :   Ok, how long does it take to develop a fever?
User :   and it is severe or very light
Doctor :
and ask your doctor to investigate to rule out such causes
Doctor :
fever can take from few hours to 1 day's time to develop
User :   Ok, i haven't had a fever so is that something good?
Doctor :   the severity or the intensity of fevr will depend on your immune status and the viral or the bacterial load and thier toxin load in you.
