User:Hello. I have question regarding eye health
User:lately I worked long hours and I slept for around 6 hours for about two weeks
User:now even when I have sleep for around 8 hours the moment I wake up my eyes burn a lot
User:anything I should take care of
User:What should I do to avoid this ?

User:I got the check up done 4 and half months ago

User:yes. I wear specs and the power was also intact and wasn't increased as per last checkup

User:nope. It is just that I experience burning sensation after waking up and it remains for the entire day
User:when I check my eyes in the mirror they appear normal

User:actually, I do take 7 to 8 hours of slrrp daily from past one month
