User :   These weird bums have appeared near my anus a couple of weeks ago and recently a second one has appeared and I'm not sure what they are, they started off soft and pink but now they seem harder almost as if they are drying out and they feel as if they are peeling off. I am sexual active if that helps and am overweight
Doctor :   hi

User :   No discharge either
Doctor :   they could be warts
Doctor :   or do u have any dificulty passing stools ?
User :   No, no difficulty
Doctor :   have they reduced in size ?
User :   Yes they have
Doctor :   In that case you can have a expectant approach

User :   What are possible causes?
Doctor :   the possible causes other than anal warts include infective follicles, sebaceous cysts,

User :   Nothing k
User :   Nothing of a serious nature?
Doctor :   nop
Doctor :   they r notserious
User :   What should cause alarm?

User :   Pale
Doctor :   Since the definitive cause can only be established by physical examination, I suggest that you see doctor who can physically examine it.
Doctor :   Since you do not report of any symptoms now,
Doctor :   and it appears to be reducing in size,
Doctor :   it shouldn't cause any more problems.
Doctor :   But I still recommend you to see a doctor to rule out the possibilities of warts.
Doctor :   Warts needs treatment as they can become a serious concern.
Doctor :   Have you followed?
User :   Yes understood, the problem being I'm in Guatemala currently. Know of a website where I could find an American doctor near by?
Doctor :   I shall look for an Amercian doctor practising at Guatemala and shall post you on your email, as soon as I find one.
Doctor :   Do you have any other query?
User :   Nope, that will be it
User :   Do you have my email address?
Doctor :   If it isn't please confirm your email id?
User :   That is my correct email address
Doctor :   Since there are not many US doctors practising ...., I shall try to find one for you. Else I shall give you an alternative choice.
Doctor :   Do you have any more queries to discuss?
User :   Nope, that is it, thank you
Doctor :   I shall send the mail to you in the next 12-24 hours time.
