User :   is using something like oral gel on it ok?

Doctor :   since I am not examining you personnaly, it is difficult to tell teh exact cause for it
User :   the pain is a 9/10
User :   thats why I am concerned
User :   when I broke ribs that hurt less than this bump
Doctor :   tongue is a sensitive part with hight nerve and blood supply, hence the small lesions cause lot of pain.
User :   makes sense
Doctor :   *high
User :   Ice ok?
User :   to numb it?>
Doctor :   yes you can try with ice cubes over it
Doctor :   it will numb it for sometime
Doctor :   but will not give you permanent relief
User :   think they will biopsy it?
Doctor :   if on closer examination it suggests vascular bump, it will not be biopsied
Doctor :   as it will lead to bleding
User :   Thanks, looks like I am out of time. Thank you for the advice.
User :   Have a good evening/day
Doctor :   thanks for consulting me. bye for now.
