User :   I have a bump by my jaw bone, tender to the touch
User :   I noticed a pain on the area this past Friday, then I realized the bump
Doctor :   Ok.
User :   At the same time I had a type of cold sore on the corner of my mouth which I treated it with a cold sore medecine and helped it go away. However a pearl color blister/sore then appered in the inner part of my mouth
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Give me your age?
User :   29

Doctor :   Is the bump movable?
User :   yes
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Is it soft or hard to touch?
User :   hard i think..i try not to touch it because it hurts
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Do you have any other symptoms like fever, cold, etc?
User :   no fever, no cold
User :   just itchy nose yesterday and today
Doctor :   Is there a running nose?
User :   a bit of ear discomfort (pressure type) but nothing major, off and on
User :   no running nose
User :   no sore throat

Doctor :   Since when are you having ear discomfort?
User :   friday, but it came and went....maybe related to the pain of the bump?

Doctor :   It probably could be of infective in origin.
User :   My period came on Thursday, could it also be related?
User :   Maybe i didnt relize pains due to the bump thinking it was related to my menstruation.
Doctor :   It is mostly not.
Doctor :   It could be due to infection of the Face and throat area.
Doctor :   You have to get a blood work up done.
Doctor :   To rule out/ confirm infection.
User :   ok
Doctor :   About the blister is it like a pimple or a ulcer?
User :   pimple type

Doctor :   Can you describe it in terms of size, shape, color, etc?
User :   the 1st one i noticed was in the outside corner of my lips
User :   pinkish, very small pimple. Then I put a cold sore medecine
User :   then I noticed a pearl color
User :   type of blister forming in the inner part of the corner of my lip...aroudn the same area as the outer one
User :   but it's gone now...only a pinkish mark is left
Doctor :   Do you have any past history diabetes or hypertension?
User :   no. I was checked 3 months ago for diabetes and everything came out normal
Doctor :   Ok.
User :   they only told me my cholesterol was a bit high...and neede vitamin D
Doctor :   Ok.
User :   my mother has type 2 diabetes, but my checkup came negative
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   was the blister filled with pus?
User :   well it had a pear color...i assume so
User :   not pear..Pearl
Doctor :   Was it painful?

User :   yes, especially when eating
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Was there a redness around it? like a halo?

User :   no, i didnt see one
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   These could occurs due to injury to the mouth, eating too much of sugary products,
Doctor :   Due to allergy, like to tooth paste, food items, etc.
Doctor :   It can also occur due to deficiency of Vit B12.
Doctor :   Did you follow what i have said?
User :   Yes
User :   is the itchy ness around my nose related?
User :   I have never had an itchy nose...and yesterday and today, my nose has been itching non stop
Doctor :   Is it around the nose or inside it?
User :   around
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Can you see visible skin change over it?
User :   no....just a little bit of redness do to my scratching
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   It is most probably due to allergy.
Doctor :   Do you have any anti allergic medication with you?
User :   no
User :   i never had this before
User :   thank you for your help, I need to pick up my daughter from school.
