Bruising on the earlobes - Online Doctor Chats

User :   I woke up this morning with what looks like bilateral bruising on my earlobes. Is this a sign of something? The "bruising" looks identical on both sides, I'm 28 and this has never happened before. The "bruising" does not hurt.
