User :   It looks like I have very small brown worms in my stool. They don't move.

User :   about 2 months. Have been tested for worms, test was negative
User :   I have a permanent illestomy as well
Doctor :   Did you loose weight recently ?
User :   no I have gained weight
Doctor :   ok, what test for worms have you undergone,name ?
User :   I have had my illestomy about 7 months
Doctor :   I do not relate the worms to the ileostomy,
Doctor :   its due to ingestion of the cysts contaminatd food
Doctor :   round worms do have a brown varient
User :   Just a minute I will have to look for the test. The test was for ova and Parasitesl

Doctor :   sometimes tests do miss the ova and cysts,
Doctor :   its a subjective test, its microscopy
User :   formalin-ethyl acetate and trichmone smear

Doctor :   Have you ever tried any medication for the same ?
User :   none However I just took another test for parasites today

User :   I don't know the results yet
Doctor :   ok, repeated tests are required to confirm the diagnosis
User :   Ok I should find out with my PD on Friday
Doctor :   since the tests involves finding of the ova ( egg ) in the stool its purely subjective and depends on the lifecycle stage in which the worms are in
User :   In the mean time what do I do continue to use gloves, etc

Doctor :   ok,they are treated well with medication , but need to be confirmed by tests
Doctor :   hoe frequently do you notice them in the stool ?
User :   almost every time then throughly wash my hands and wrists
