User :   started 1 week ago, age is 31, after the problem was admitted to hospital they tested my heart like ECG, BP, XRAY, BLOOD,STRESS, AND DONE ANGIOGRAPHY AND FOUND NORMAL
User :   I WAS DISCHARGED 2 DAYS BACK
Doctor :   When did you first feel that you have trouble taking normal breath?
User :   1 WEEK AGO

User :   I WAS AT OFFICE SITTING

User :   YES I HAD BUT DID NOT FALL DOWN BUT WAS FEELING DIZZINESS AND BODY WAS NOT HAVING BALANCE

Doctor :   1) Regular walking for 40 minutes per day for lifetime

Doctor :   3) Yoga and meditation to reduce the professional and personal stressors
Doctor :   4) Regular medication with the doctor with frequent follow up initial @ once per 2 weeks gradually to once per month
Doctor :   and then to once per 2 months
Doctor :   remember to take the medicine at regular time per day and do not miss it
Doctor :   The medications mostly goes for lifetime
Doctor :   These are my recommendations
User :   IM GIVEN TRYPTOMER 10MG, INDERAL 10MG, BAYCIP 500MG, LIQ CREMAFFIN, I TAKE THE MEDICATION REGURALY, ALSO CONTROLLED MY DIET.
