User :   Hi Doctor
User :   I'm having some problem
User :   last week, I had some breathing problem similar to cold

User :   but it was dry whereas in cold you have liquid coming out of nose (in general, though not always)
User :   then I'm having fever

User :   it goes away when I take a paracetamol
