User :   I am having trouble breathing normally.I don't have any congestion. I just don't feel like I'm getting enough air on each breath that I take. My chest feels like someone is standing on me. It's a very heavy feeling, which is making me try to breathe a lot harder.
What can I do?

User :   if it helps any, it started after a night of heavy drinki9ng

User :   no chest pain, it just feels like someone is sitting on me
