User :   Currently I am in a brace for a broken knee (approx) 6 weeks now. The trouble is I have a burning sensation that feels as if it is coming from the knee itself. Is this part of the healing process or should I make an appointment to see my doctor again.

Doctor :   do u have a plaster cast or a removable brace ?

User :   removable
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   In that case, you just have to loosen it a little bit

Doctor :   the knee is a complex joint and always in motion

Doctor :   like pillows under the knees
User :   Have a bolster pillow that I sleep with and rest with
Doctor :   that is good
Doctor :   but there will be slight pain , when you move the joint,
User :   well, this is exactly what I was told. My business must go on and I must endure it for the time being.
Doctor :   but if it is too severe, that is intolerable, then you may need to get it looked at
Doctor :   that is a very difficult situation
User :   You have no idea , it is like a sharp knife when I accidentally move the wrong way
User :   yes it is
User :   well, thank you doctor, you have been helpful.
Doctor :   you are most welcome
