Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :
Does it have a relation to your ornaments?
Doctor :
Can you think in that line?
User :   no no, i dont wear any
Doctor :   Ok

User :   I am confused between an insect bite and an allergy
Doctor :   By your symptoms it is suggestive of infection
Doctor :
rather than insect bite
User :   ok
Doctor :
Allergy, to that specific area can be local to your usage of that area like cosmetics, ornaments used specfically in that area
Doctor :   But this goes in favour of infection because, of the fluid collection which you mentioned about
User :   okay, but it cannot be as i dont wear cosmetics/ornaments or anything on my neck etc
User :   ok
Doctor :   Yes, that is unlikely in your case
Doctor :
hence it points out to infection
User :   yes
Doctor :
It can be infection of the skin, hairfollicles mainly
User :   okay
Doctor :
But it has to be examined in person by a dermatologist
Doctor :
For the timebeing I shall recommend you a lotion and a tablet, if you prefer
User :   oh, today we tried to meet a dermatologist, but everything was closed
Doctor :   Yes, I can understand

Doctor :
as it is a holiday today
User :   a doctor adviced a tab and an ointment
Doctor :
Ok
User :   i will give you the names
Doctor :
What is the tablet
Doctor :
Sure
User :   i dont find the ointment helping me
User :   the ointment: Mometasone Furoate Cream USP
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :   and the tablet
User :   tab: Levocetirizine dihydrochloride tablets: Levorid....to be taken at night, hence not taken yet
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :
You can take that
User :   ok
Doctor :
But now the cream given to you is a topical steroid
User :   ok
Doctor :
and it is for supressing the reaction
User :   i see
Doctor :
Timebeing, if you are not satisfied with it
Doctor :
Keep it aside
User :   ok
Doctor :
I shall tell you a normal cosmetic
User :   ok
Doctor :
which is safe and can be used by anyone
Doctor :
Lactocalamine lotion
User :   ok
Doctor :
apply it locally over the area
Doctor :
Hope it is not an open area, meaning the skin is intact I suppose
User :   yesterday when i spotted it for the first time, i applied it and it seem to have helped, but i got the infection in other areas
Doctor :   as any cream is for external use only and should not be applied over skin-opened areas

Doctor :
Ok
User :   since the boils are dripping water, i think some of them are open
Doctor :   the exception for external use is antiseptics, just for your knowledge, I am telling it
Doctor :
Ok
User :   what do i do to stop the dripping once in a while?
User :   ok
Doctor :
You need not stop that for now
Doctor :
It will stop once the underlying cause is treated
User :   last night i applied boroline but it didnt help
Doctor :
Ok
User :   so, shall i continue lactocalamine for now?
Doctor :
Apply boroline over the open areas
User :   okay
Doctor :
and lactocalamine over other area
Doctor :
That should help you
User :   okay
Doctor :
Tomorrow anyway you can get an appointment with a Dermatologist
User :   yes okay, Thank you so much doctor.
Doctor :   Is there any thing else I can help you with?

User :   umm...no, i guess, tomorrow i will see a dermatologist
User :   Thank you for your help.
Doctor :   Yes, that is the right approach
Doctor :
