User :   all in my family are doing good and healthy.. n problem of obesity

User :   i have put on a lot of weight since i joined the job

User :   i was 70 odd in 2006
User :   2006 i joined SAP
User :   since then physical activity has come down

User :   infact zero physical activity
User :   past 5 yrs i have put on close to 20kilos

User :   i joined and quit gym many times.. that also may be the problem

Doctor :   Try waking up a little earlier in the mornings, probably by 5:30 am

Doctor :   Start your day in a relaxed manner, may be by just lying down in the bed for 5 min or meditating for 10 min

User :   i take rice in the lunch.. in the dinner i eat 2 chapatis

User :   no i dont take alcohol.. nor do i smoke.. i do not have any bad habits
User :   ok great.. i gave up banana thinking it adds to weight
Doctor :   Banana is really good for your health, helps in digestion and it is high in fibre, please consume it

User :   in the evenings wat shud i take?? pls suggest.. i reach home at 630.. and my hunger will be at peak that time.. that is when i get tempted for outside foods like chats.. after my lunch at 1230 i dont take anything till 630
Doctor :   It is very easy to get tempted and eat especially when one is hungry
Doctor :   Take some fruit juice with plain biscuits in the evening around 5pm.
Doctor :   Don't get tempted to eat at fast food
Doctor :   If you still feel hungry eat one full apple or orange
Doctor :   Try to control eating from fast food , you can easily do it by practice
User :   5.15 my bus from office starts.. so at 5 i can have at office as u suggested
