User :   as she does ring us of a nite as she works like 200 kms from home and boards with a lady and coes home like 3 nites a week but she rings us on her mobile and talk for 30 mins and thats 3 times a week
Doctor :   Ok

User :   i think so
User :   brain tumour?
Doctor :   is she on any medicines for any illness?
User :   no only low blood prussure meds
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   I would not conclude this to be brain tumor
Doctor :   she must go for an examination , check her blood pressure and sugar levels too.
User :   could it be sumthing like a brain tumour as she talks alot on her mobile when she is away from home
User :   she talks on the mobile 30 mins a day 3 to 4 days straight
Doctor :   we cannot say if its a brain tumor, it could be a migraine as well or even due to low pressure
Doctor :   ask her to eat on time and drink good amount of water.
User :   why cant u say if it could be a brain tumour
Doctor :   does she have weight loss, pain in the body , etc?
User :   she said she only ate half a sandwich as she didnt feel like it
Doctor :   brain tumor is a last possibility, it needs many tests and examinations
User :   she has a swollen leg but that is because she needs it striped
User :   and no i dont think she is losing weight
User :   what type of pain do you mean in her body
Doctor :   ok
User :   why would brain tumour be the last thing yu would think of
Doctor :   Symptoms of brain tumour present when there are pressure effects on the brain.
Doctor :   The most common symptoms is headache.
User :   what are the symptoms of that
Doctor :   Other symptoms such as vomiting, convulsions, and local neurological deficit follow next.
Doctor :   The symptoms of brain tumour, I meant.
User :   what could have happened to her hen she was in front of the computer and then her eyes went strange
Doctor :   Since your mom has no such symptoms, brain tumour is least likely.
Doctor :   Unless proved by a brain scans.
User :   she aint anwsering her phone now so getting more and more worried
Doctor :   Transient disturbances in vision can happen due to multiple reasons
User :   what reasons
Doctor :   dark adaptation is possible - if she was looking at a bright light and then shifted her vision to a less brighter area.
Doctor :   Other possibilities are blood pressure fluctuations, presyncope ( early symptoms of fainting) and so on.
Doctor :   From this far, without physically examining you mom, it is difficult to predict which among these cause could be the reason.
Doctor :   If this was the first episode of such symptoms, and if she is asymptomatic, then there are no reasons to concern.
Doctor :   Consult a doctor if symptoms persist or recur.
Doctor :   Have you followed what I have suggested?
User :   wavey vision
Doctor :   Do you have any other query?
Doctor :   Are you there?
Doctor :   Are you there?
User :   she had wavey virson
Doctor :   Wavey vision can occur due to disturbances in the retina - probably vascular.
Doctor :   Again such symptoms are not concerning, if only transient.
Doctor :   Fundoscopic examination is warranted if symptoms persists/recur.
Doctor :   Have you followed what I have suggested?
Doctor :   Are you with me?
Doctor :   Are you there?
Doctor :   I have to close the window as you are not responding.
