User :   My blood preasure is 190 over105 do i need to go to the hospital right now

Doctor :   do you have any symptoms associated with this blood pressure reading?
Doctor :   are you on any medications?
User :   48/male 210 5'3"
User :   I was taking my medicine for high blood preasure but ran out about 2 weeks ago never got it filled yet
User :   lisinopril 20mg one a day
Doctor :   then it is an emergency, I would recommend you to go to ER or urgent care immediately to have it got under control
Doctor :   and get your prescription filled
Doctor :   do not stop taking meds, they help to control your BP
Doctor :   if left uncontrolled they can lead to serious consequences like heart attack, and stroke
User :   I had one pil;l left in my pill case i just took it do i still need to go to the ER
Doctor :   it might takle longer to get it under control
Doctor :   wait and see, measure blood pressure after 1/2 to 1 hour to see if it is coming down
User :   ok if there is no change should i go to the ER
Doctor :   in the meantime look out for symptoms like
Doctor :   blurry vision, headaches, palpitations, chest tightness, dizziness, sweating, missed beats
Doctor :   if you have any of these or if blood pressure is not coming down to level of 140/85, then consider visiting ER/urgent care
