Doctor :   i am asking about the time?
User :   I use Ibuprofin for muscle joint pain when I get it. Not very often. But it has been our p/r of choice for 15+ years

Doctor :   because chronic usage of ibuprofen supress platelets which increases bleeding tendency
Doctor :   thats why i am stressing on that
User :   sure
Doctor :   okay
User :   it is just that I did take last week!!! but only a couple
User :   If that was it that would be great
User :   right?
Doctor :   based on the information what you have given your condition might be because of mucosal injury of your urinary bladder
User :   but if it is that scope or worse - $hit!
User :   what is mucosal injury how is that caused stone?
Doctor :   Did you observe any weight loss in these recent days
User :   neg
Doctor :   okay
Doctor :   thats good
User :   do you not think it is prostate
User :   ?
Doctor :   if at all the mucosal injury because of stone , then you should get pain
Doctor :   But you dont have any pain
User :   for all practical purposes - no
User :   no pain
Doctor :   prostate infection usually leads to fever
User :   ok
Doctor :   you dont have even fever
User :   no fever
Doctor :   so it might be some benign polyp or just mucosal irritation of your bladder
User :   if it clears up real good, do you think it should still get scoped?
Doctor :   to get to know more about your condition you might need a physical examination by an urologist
User :   Lets talk worse case for a moment
Doctor :   if at all his physical examination is inconclusive , then obviously he goes for a cystoscopy
Doctor :   some times some complicated conditions like malignancy of bladder can also present like this
Doctor :   but it is common in older age people above 60 years
Doctor :   and you are having no weight loss which goes against malignancy
Doctor :   sometimes kidney malignancies also present with painless bleeding , but weight loss of atleast 10% of body weight and fevers usually accompanies that condition
Doctor :   are you there?
User :   what is my timing on need to get to a urologist?

User :   Sorry I was waiting for u
Doctor :   I am giving you all the information and possibilities.
User :   but do I need to get in like tomorrow??
Doctor :   My concern is not to frighten you , but make you more informative about your condition
User :   of course
Doctor :   Are you OK ..
User :   but I need to take action
User :   oh yeah i am great
Doctor :   You are having no weight loss and no fevers
Doctor :   No need to get worry
User :   hey I want to go swimming im my lake
Doctor :   Your condition looks like a very benign one
User :   I just dont know how fast I need to react
Doctor :   you can go to urologist within a week
User :   lets say the blood get worse? do I need to go to the emergency room?
Doctor :   depends on your time schedule
User :   I have a busy job
Doctor :   i prefer you to go for an appointment
