User :   I'm a 39yr old male with no history of drinking or smoking. My mother has a history of skin cancer other than that nothing serious. About two months ago I had a little constipation but when I passed it there was a small drop of dark blood which not a day or two later started a run of diarrhea that lasted over a month I ate very little for fear messing myself. I started using fiber powders and it seemed to work. I have lost about 12 lbs over the last 2 1/2 months I have severe health anxiety which hasn't helped because I lose my appetite on top of it. I'm scared to death that it's cancer. I've also had a sore throat for about a year went to ent had ct scan and scope of throat and nothing was there. Could this be colorectal cancer or maybe espohegeal?? Please give some advice
