User :   today i had an usual thing in the morning i had a blood flow

User :   ya sometimes

Doctor :   do you have any symptoms of abdominal pain , vomiting , indigestion , etc ?
User :   no sysptoms of these kind off'
User :   everything is normal

Doctor :   can you tell me how much blood did you notice , was it streaks of blood , or very significant bleeding ?
User :   3 to 4 drops

Doctor :   may i know if you have any pain while passing stools ? do you strain a lot while motions?
User :   once had to strain a lot ...but today i didnt need strain it was normal

Doctor :   there are many causes for blood in stools
Doctor :   the most common ones being
Doctor :   1.piles/hemmorhoids
User :   ok
Doctor :   2. anal fissures which is very painful
Doctor :   3. constipation long standing one
Doctor :   4. peptic or gastric ulcers

Doctor :   5other conditions being inflammatory bowel diseases called ulcerative colitis , chrons disease , and the likes
Doctor :   apart from this any pathology in the lower gastro intestines will lead to this
Doctor :   for now i would suggest these things to be followed by you

Doctor :   1. include a lot of green leafy vegetables in diet
Doctor :   2. they are good in fibre and fruits too

Doctor :   this will help in softening the stools and reduce straining
Doctor :   more so due to straining , the hard stools may be the only cause for bleeding
Doctor :   hence this will solve the problem
Doctor :   also drink lots of water daily
Doctor :   preferably warm water in the mornings

Doctor :   avoid spicy food and reduce stress
Doctor :   may i know if you exercise daily?
User :   no i dont
Doctor :   i suggest you to do some exercises daily
Doctor :   minimum of 30 mins

Doctor :   lack of physical activity with long time sitting in front of pc/work will cause piles and constipation
Doctor :   hence i suggest regularly exercise

Doctor :   also I suggest if this continues you may have to see a surgeon

Doctor :   for an examination and get some routine blood and urine tests too

Doctor :   life style modification and diet changes will be beneficial at primary level of control
