User :   HiI feel my ears blocked/clogged and can't hear well out of it, its my right ear and please tell me if this is ruptured eardrum or what is this and i feel so down and or if it will

User :   my ear feels water inside and numb and my hearing is really bad, pls let me know if this will go away itslelf, i think the eardrum is ruptured.

User :   this morning, i woke up and felt like this

User :   no, i was camping over the weekend but no injuries

Doctor :   Sudden rupture of tympanic membrane is usually occurs following trauma or following acute rise in the pressure inside the ear
Doctor :   Since you did not have any such event, it is unlikely to be ruptured membrane.
Doctor :   According to your history, its possible that you have an infection in your ear.
Doctor :   Or wax problem
User :   oh ok, it could be ear infecttion,
User :   but what is the treatment
Doctor :   You would need an examination from a doctor to determine the exact cause for this symptoms however.
Doctor :   Infections need the use of antibiotics, analgesics and antihistaminics.

Doctor :   However I shall suggest you few other measures that should help you.

Doctor :   1. Keep your ears dry and avoid foreign body insertions.
Doctor :   2. use chewing gums.
Doctor :   they will help you to bring the fluid out of the ear( (if present in the middle ear)
Doctor :   3. If you have pain, you can use analgesics which are available over the counter such as tylenol.
Doctor :   4. If your symptoms become severe or if you develop fever, then you need to consult your doctor for physical examination.
