User :   The problem is when i am sleeping my nose is getting blocked

User :   daily i am taking vapour of "esay breath" then only i am able to sleep
User :   in the morning i am having running nose

User :   at present also when i am breathing i am getting some kind of sound like when we get it when we are suff with cold

Doctor :   Now let me tell you some steps to get well soon, but before that did you consult a doctor in this period for this complaint ?

Doctor :   Ok. Preventive Remedies : Doctor :   1. Avoid cool drinks, cold foods
Doctor :   2. Please avoid cool weather, dust and fog.

Doctor :   3. Switch over to better oxygenation in your bed room like keeping your bed roon door open and letting in air ventilation from the rest of the house.
Doctor :   4. Eleveating your head end of the bed.
Doctor :   Medical treatment : Doctor :   1. Sinarest tab. thrice daily for 5 days.
Doctor :   2. Cetrizine tab. twice daily for 2 days.

Doctor :   3 . Karvol plus steam inhalation everyday twice daily , morning and evening .
Doctor :   Life style modification : Doctor :   1. Heavy exercise before you sleep for 15- 20 mins.
Doctor :   2. Also breathing exercises & pranayama - before going to bed.
User :   can you please tell me like what kind of excercise
Doctor :   Anything which can be done after 1-2 hrs of dinner like a brisk walk where you have to sweat profulsely after the walk.
Doctor :   Advises : 1. If it does not decrease in a week's time with this, you need to go for the following tests and visit the doctor : Doctor :   1. Blood CBC ; 2. X-ray Chest .
