User :   Hi I have a hard bump behind my jaw and its tender to the touch. I also noticed a small blister/cold sore by the opening of my mouth, as well as an itchy nose. I wonder if this is related to any infection? I was told swollen limpnodes?

User :   last thursday/friday
Doctor :   Ok.
User :   but my itchy nose started yesterday and continues today
Doctor :   do you have any other associated symptoms like fever, headache, block nose?
User :   i had a small head ache yesterday
User :   other then that, not really. No fever, no runny nose
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Do you have pain in throat/ pain during swallowing food?
User :   no
User :   only if i touch the area with the hard bump
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Where is small blister present?
User :   at the corner of my mouth, 1st last friday I saw it in the outer part

User :   then that one went away
User :   and i saw one (pear color) blister type in the inner part of my mouth (corner)
User :   not pear im sorry..pearl color
User :   but it's going away as well

User :   yes

User :   1st time.
Doctor :   Is it painful on touch?
User :   it was, now that it's going away not anymore

User :   it's small now, use to be as big as a small pimple
Doctor :   Only one right?

User :   pear color type (when it was inside my mouth), on the outer part it was pink like a pimple
User :   yes, one only
