User :   I am a 23 yr old and 10 weeks ago gave birth to my beautiful daughter, however, I am still bleeding and becoming concerned
Doctor :   was it a home delivery or hospital delivery ?
User :   hospital
User :   regular delivery really no complications
Doctor :   is it spotting or frank bleeding ?
User :   frank
Doctor :   how much pads you have to change per day ?
User :   6-8
Doctor :   is the quantity increasing or the same or is it decreasing ?
User :   increasing then stays the same for a few days
Doctor :   did you not bring it to the notice of the doctor ?
User :   yes at my 6 week appt.... tried a medication that contracted my uterus, thought that there was still some bleeding from the placenta site.
Doctor :   was an ultrasound done and a blood test done to know the coaugability of the blood ?
User :   had an ultrasound and the doctor said she didnt see anything and had blood drawn but not sure for what
User :   I know my iron count is/was considerably low
Doctor :   bleeding for 10 weeks is not a good sign

Doctor :   it has caused the iron levels low
Doctor :   what it is a diagnostic work up is necessary
Doctor :   by 6 weeks all the delivery related issues should have been resolved and it is now 10 weeks and bleeding is going on
Doctor :   you need to fix up an appointment with the gynecologist and get the necessary diagnostic examinations done
Doctor :   the blood hemoglobin will be low due to continuous loss of blood
Doctor :   it needs to be rectified
User :   will the low iron also cause dizziness

Doctor :   yes it is responsible for the tierdness, easy fatiguability, irritability, dizziness, and many other symptoms
Doctor :   blood loss need to be prevented and the lost iron from the blood needs to be replaced
