User :   I am a 36 year old woman. I had my first sexual experience at 28. I have had 4 partners and I have never bled before, during or after sex. A few days ago, I had sex. I noticed my partner's penis to be smaller than the average size. I noticed that when he penetrated, often he came out and would have to insert his penis again. I noticed a good size of blood on the sheets. I don't know if it was my hymen that broke or his small penis that caused the bleeding.
Doctor :   Hi
User :   Hi. I was curious to have your opinion on my situation.
Doctor :   Since when are you noticing this bleeding?
User :   It only happened once. I noticed the blood once the sex was over.
Doctor :   And when was that?
Doctor :   Did you have sexual intercourse after that episode?
User :   He got up once sex was over and I got up to put on my clothing and I noticed blood. It was a good amount of it. I'm thinking my hymen broke. Is it possible for the hymen to break after so many sexual experiences?
User :   No, I AAAAAAA
User :   t had sex after that
Doctor :   Hymen is broken during the first sexual intercourse and its very rare that they would remain intact after repeated sexual intercourse.
Doctor :   Since you do not know the source of the bleeding there are two possible reasons for the bleed.
User :   Is the small penis a factor?
Doctor :   Small penis in itself is not a factor, however, minor trauma during sexual intercourse is a factor.
Doctor :   1. Minor trauma to you or your partner may have caused the bleed.
User :   Oh, ok. Makes sense. I noticed it hurt a bit when he would come out and would try to find his way back in.
User :   It was because he was still "Hard"
Doctor :   2. It can indicate presence of infection or other serious concerning problem which may need biopsy from the cervix.
Doctor :   There are the two possible causes for bleed following sexual intercourse.
Doctor :   I would suggest you
Doctor :   1. To consult a gynaecologist, if your symptoms recurs again during the next sexual intercourse for physical examination and if needed for the biopsy.
User :   Okay, thanks for your insight. I appreciate it.
Doctor :   2. If you do not know the HIV status of your partner, you would also get an HIV test done.
Doctor :   Have you followed what I have suggested?
User :   Yes, absolutely. I am going to set up an appointment with my gynecologist.
Doctor :   Do you have any other query that I can assist you with?
User :   No, thank you so much.
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting me. Bye for now. Please refer your friends to our service.
