User :   hello sir
Doctor :   How can I help you ?
User :   hi need to know that my girlfirend and i had sex two days ago on 16.01.11, we didnt had intercourse yet but i did rub my penis againts her vagina. i never tried to insert my penis inside her as she was having heavy pain when i did that. the main problem is that she had her periods from 05.01.11 to 10.01.11, we had normal sex on 16.01.11 and now on 18.01.11 she observed some spotting in the morning and by evening some bleeding occoured. i am really worried is she pregnant as i have heard that pre cum can also cause pregnancy. please advice
Doctor :   Let me go through the query.
User :   ok sir
User :   she also had some bleeding today after her gym
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   First things first, I have to tell you that this bleed must not be due to pregnancy or anything related to it.
User :   ok sir
Doctor :   To brief you about this, let me tell you some facts , before that I need some more details.
Doctor :   Are your girl friend's periods regular ?
User :   yes sir
User :   25 days
Doctor :   Ok, How is the periodicity ?
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Does the menstrual period usually last for 4-5 days ?
User :   yes
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   That is good news.
User :   ok sir
Doctor :   Now let me tell you that the Ovulation or Egg for fertlisation usually occurs on 9th or 10th day and may sometimes extend till 16th day.
Doctor :   So on the 5th/6th day after the cycle it is very rare to get pregnant.
Doctor :   Hope you are following.
User :   yes sir i got you
Doctor :   And second point that you need to understand is that : User :   yes sir
Doctor :   She complained of pain during intercourse which prevented you from normal sexual intercourse, if I got your point right ?
User :   yes damn sure
Doctor :   So it means that she has a gynecological problem due to which she might be having pain and spotting which had lead to bleeding or the periods might be sometime extended due to hormonal imbalance.
User :   yes sir but i did rub my penis against her vagina
Doctor :   So she needs to immediately get herself examined for a gynec problem.
Doctor :   Ok ?
User :   i am more worried coz if she visits gynec and some kinda problem occours there regarding the pregnancy
User :   if sir you are sure that the symptoms are not of pregnancy then i can tell her to visit the gynec
Doctor :   Most of the gynecologists maintain absolute secrecy if she is a major or above the age of 18.
User :   yes she's 20 yrs old
Doctor :   If do not want to consult a gynec, you have to wait till her next period and if she misses her next period then you can doubly confirm through a Urine Stick Test.
User :   her next period will be on 1st feb
User :   if she doesnt have her periods on the same then what?
Doctor :   I feel they might be due to small vaginal tears.
User :   may be sir
Doctor :   Then you can suspect a pregnancy, so better see a gynecologist now, not to worry at all.
User :   i am really worried regarding the pregnancy issue, if its not then i can tell her to consult a gynec
Doctor :   Yes very much.
Doctor :   Please go ahead and abstain for sex one more week till it heals.
User :   one of my friend suggected tab neriobion forte
User :   is it safe and does it work
User :   he says this content works cyanocobalamin
Doctor :   Bleeding can be due to multiple reasons like: 1. Micro bleeds in vagina or vulva ; 2. Any STD'S ; 3. Any polyps or fibroids ; 4.
Sometimes even blood in your semen may seem to be in her vagina.
Doctor :   Neurobion forte is very safe but its just a B-vitamin.
Doctor :   So of not much help.
Doctor :   A proper examination by a gynecologist solves all the problems.
User :   can she know from urine test strip
Doctor :   Please do not hit the panic button, I can understand your pressure but she has 1 out of 100 chances of getting pregnant.
User :   coz i told her to purchase one today, but am not sure that after only 3days(16.01.11) the results will be sure
Doctor :   She can go for a Urine strip test from 12th/14th day to 30 days . If you get 2 positives then you can go for an ultrasound to get it confirmed.
Doctor :   So you have to get her tested on 29th and a week later again. If both are positive then you can suspect a pregnancy.
Doctor :   Hope you have followed.
User :   ok sir
Doctor :   So please do not panic , give your girl friend some rest.
User :   sir didnt got this She can go for a Urine strip test from 12th/14th day to 30 days . If you get 2 positives then you can go for an ultrasound to get it confirmed. ???
Doctor :   1. abstain from sex for a while - atleast for a week.
Doctor :   Yes the test becomes positive only after 12 days after fertlisation.
User :   ok
Doctor :   The levels in urine can be seen only after 12 days.
Doctor :   So you have to get her tested on 29th and a week later again. If both are positive then you can suspect a pregnancy.
User :   we a re in distance relationship so we only have this kinda sex once in two or three months
Doctor :   Please follow the following instructions : User :   please go ahead sir
Doctor :   1. Ask her to use a topical antiseptic cream like Kamillosan.
Doctor :   2. abstain from sex, tampoons for a while - atleast for a week.
Doctor :   3. Watch for bleeding and if it is heavy , then have to suspect a major cause - and has to consult a gynec immediately.
User :   ok sir
Doctor :   4. Go for a stick test on 29th Jan. & 7th Feb.
Doctor :   The urine must be an early morning sample.
User :   ok sir
Doctor :   5. Ask for any Urinary infection or burning during urination.
Doctor :   6. Ask her to take lots of fruits, fresh veggies and lots of water & juices which heal most of the urinary & vaginal issues.
Doctor :   Hope you have followed all the protocols for treatment.
User :   ok will make it sure sir
User :   yes sir one more thing would like to know
Doctor :   Please go on.
User :   if she doesnt get her periods or the urine test gets positive, it wont be too late na
Doctor :   No, not at all, if she doesnt get her next periods by the first week of Feb. Than she can get it aborted by simple tablets and medication under the supervision of a gynecologist which is mandatory.
User :   ok sir
User :   u releived my tention sir
Doctor :   If you do not consult a gynecologist it can lead to many complications like Incomplete abortion causing complications for your girl friend.
Doctor :   If at all it has to be done in February.
Doctor :   As of now I feel you should be not worrying about her being pregnant.
Doctor :   And relieve yourself from unnecessary tension.
Doctor :   Hope you have followed ?
User :   yes sir
