Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   I shall explain to you.
Doctor :   Skin cuts on the penis and bleeding on the skin during sexual intercourse can happen due to 2 reasons
Doctor :   1. Less lubrication and rough sexual intercourse
Doctor :   2. Tight foreskin which is difficult to retract completely.
User :   ok
Doctor :   These 2 factors are the most common cause, however presence of medical conditions such as diabetes can aggravate and worsen the problem.
Doctor :   This is not a harmful condtion, and major problems can happen only if you have high blood sugars.
User :   ok
Doctor :   The treatment here is as follows
Doctor :   1. Use proper lubrication during sexual intercourse.
Doctor :   you can use products such as KYJelly, vaseline, etc for lubrications.
Doctor :   2. Consult an urologist to check if you have tight foreskin, in which case a minor procedure to release the tightness or procedure called circumcision will be done
Doctor :   that will solve the problem
Doctor :   3. You will also need to check your blood sugar once to make sure you do not have diabetes
Doctor :   and correct it appropriatedly.
User :   can u sugeest me any urologist in my city??
