User :   Hi Iam 25 years old I have had issues with going #2 for years I have gone to the doctors they have givin me creams & enams but nothing really works I can go 4 to 5 days without having a bowl movement. Last couple days my bowl movements have had bright red blood on them & have been hard but up till sunday they becaome runny & the toliet fills with blood & Iam having a really sharp pain on my left side of my stomach and hot & cold sweats.

User :   it ok not great but iam also on tylenol #3 & oyxcodine for pain as I had recontructive surgery on my ankle so no physical activity right now just walking and swimming

Doctor :   Walking is really the best to activate your bowels
Doctor :   Since the bleeing is with pain

User :   my concern is the bleeding becasue my dad was born with cancer between his bowels & coxx iam not too sure how to spell it

User :   yes but i was also dignoised with trochanter bursitis of my rhs hip so it hard to do alot tight now

Doctor :   avoid foods which you find difficult to digest
Doctor :   and take plenty of raw fruits and vegetables

User :   I eat alot of red meat is that hard on my stomach?

Doctor :   You should cut down complete non veg intake
Doctor :   as far as possible
Doctor :   Take lots of raw veggies
Doctor :   and fruits
Doctor :   Say no to junk foods like pizzas, burgers, pastries as well
Doctor :   Tune into semisolid and liquid diet
User :   I dont eat any junk food & I eat alot of raw veggies so this just dont make sense

User :   no I dont like any nuts

User :   no smoking I will have couple drinks every now & then
