User :   I have been having painful and bloody BMs for 2 months, the pain is getting better but the bleeding is getting worse. Today it was so bad all the water in the toilet was completely pinkish/red after a BM(today is the first day I have had this much blood). The bleeding seemed to have stopped soon after.Does that sound like hemorrhoids? Or could it be something worse? Should I be seen by a doctor?
