Doctor:Good Evening
Doctor:How can I help you?
User:hai doc
User:i m 37
Doctor:Ok , Please proceed.
User:my prob is my bladder doesnt get emptied fully
User:i checked for urinary infection, i mean did a test, it said there is no infection
User:there is some kind of sensetivity which i m not comfortable
Doctor:Since when are you facing this problem?
User:i went to a local doc he did a XXXXXXX check up and gave med named FAS 3 KIT and imidil cream to apply orally
User:today the med got over but still the prob is there
User:though minimised
User:since feb...
User:so may i know what the prob exactly is?? is it cureable??
User:u there????
Doctor:Ok. Probably your doctor would have suspected an infection for which the medication was given.
Doctor:The incomplete emptying of bladder could be due to various reasons.
User:my sensitivity still remains and a discomfort in the lower abdomen
Doctor:Did you ever have a spinal injury, spinal surgery or a pelvic surgery?
User:i 've got swelling and rashes in my leg too..without any reason
Doctor:First you could do is a culture and sensitivity of the urine.
User:i 've already done
User:everything normal
Doctor:Next in the line would be an ultrasound of the KUB (Kidney , Ureter and Bladder) region.
User:but what could it be??
User:possibilities for my sensitivity
Doctor:Because, we have to see if really the bladder is incompletely emptying.
User:after the fas kit med it is better... but not completly cured
Doctor:The sensitivity and incomplete emptying could be due to an obstruction in the urinary tract, Bladder dysfunction or a neurological condition.
Doctor:But, in your case, with no past history of any other problems, it is more likely an obstruction.
Doctor:So do not worry, it would be curable if it is due to an obstructive cause.
Doctor:To find out whether it is obstructive cause, you will need to first go for an ultrasound scanning.
User:then even after taking med for urinary infection it didnt get cured now this fas kit med, evn then my prob is not solved???
User:is it anything major??
Doctor:I do not think it is anything major.
Doctor:But it can be confirmed only after a proper evaluation and investigation.
Doctor:If it was anything infective, the infection would have already gone.
User:my local doc was telling me this prob doesnt get treated can be major prob
Doctor:Surely, his opinion should not be taken lightly, as he would be knowing better after examining you.
Doctor:But, please do consult a urologist for a further examination and opinion.
User:exactly rhat what i wan to know what all the possibilites for such prob
Doctor:As said earlier, it could be obstruction, bladder dysfunction or neurological problem.
Doctor:If obstruction, then it can be removed.
Doctor:If it is bladder dysfunction, then medication may help.
User:u mean surgary??
Doctor:I think, I would be able to explain it in a better way over phone, if you do not mind.
Doctor:Is it fine to call you now?
User:after the med given by the doc u would 've known what the prob could be... atleast can guess
User:yeah sure
Doctor:Please confirm your mobile number.
User:u 've my no right
