Doctor :   1. Regular Mammography to look for breast masses

Doctor :   These are screening tests that are usually advised in young females and I advice the same.
User :   do you as a general physician perform these exams? or is it only performend by gynecologists?
Doctor :   if you been examining your breast every day, then you can avoid the mammography tests.

User :   i try to exercise 2-3 times a week and eat regurarly and varied diet

User :   unfortunately difficult to say, but have noticed some hormonal relations
Doctor :   Factor such as a common cold, flu infection, lack of sleep, missing a diet or strong odour may be triggering the headahche. Do you have any such factors?
User :   if i have flu infection i normally get also headache

User :   and a little embarassing to ask, but now when i have a doctor in the chat, when i have flu infection i normally get "tender" breasts, is that normal?
Doctor :   Have you had such headaches before you went on birth control pills?
User :   i have had headache now and then, but more frequest last couple of months
Doctor :   VIral infection usually cause multisystem problem. Body aches are quite common.

Doctor :   Based on the details, I find the cause for the headaches could be multifactorial.
Doctor :   1. Frequent headaches are quite normal in females secondary to female hormones (the oestrogens)
Doctor :   Probably this could be the most common cause triggering the headaches.
User :   would you have performed some kind of physical exam in this case?
Doctor :   It might have intensified when you started on birth pills which are essentially hormone supplements.
Doctor :   2. Headaches are also commonly associated with stress/anxiety/improper sleep.
Doctor :   3. Infection commonly the upper respiratory infection are associated with headaches.
Doctor :   Treatment is suggested depending on the severity of the headaches you have and the frequency of such severe headaches.
Doctor :   You been having these headaches since a while, you will need tests if you notice
Doctor :   that the intensity of the headaches has worsened or if you develop recurrent vomiting with these headaches.

Doctor :   Use simple analgesics such as Paracetamol tablets whenever you get these headaches.
Doctor :   If the headaches are frequent (and not unbearable), report back to your gynecologist who can change your birth control pills.
Doctor :   as long as the headaches are not unbearable and you do not have vomiting, I do not find the symptoms concerning.

Doctor :   And testicular examination done by non professional can some times lead to injuries.
Doctor :   Since it's simple and easier to perform breast examinations, testicular examination is to be done by a professional alone.

Doctor :   Moreover changes in the testis can be easily visualised while changes in breast can only be felt on palpation.
User :   how common is breast examinations?
Doctor :   Hence testicular examination is suggested if changes in the size or presence of other symptoms are found.
Doctor :   Yes, we do perform testicular examination in patients.
Doctor :   It is advised that you examine your breast atleast once a week if not daily.
