User :   i have a question about losing weight

User :   i am 16 male 5 '10
User :   and i used to weigh about 170 pounds but i have lost to about 155 now
User :   and for some reason my love handles dont change

User :   is there something else i can do to get rid of them

User :   i think its just a stubborn 5 pounds or so left over of fat that wont go away

User :   60 minutes a day usually
User :   i use a staionary bike
User :   and i also go to the gym with my friends
User :   and use weights
User :   mostly i do leg work outs
User :   but some arm
User :   cause i have dislocated patella need to do leg stuff

User :   the amount i do now for about 2 months

User :   and i eat about 1800-1900 calories a day

Doctor :   you need to avoid carbonated drinks like coke, alcohol to avoid taking more unwanted calories too
Doctor :   you might consider to add more fiber rich foods in the diet, to help you lose weight more
Doctor :   in addition, ab cruches and excercises that work out the mid section of the body are very important
